Acceptable Use Policy
Guidelines for the acceptable use of Clarity Hosted Solutions services and infrastructure.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP", "Policy") sets forth the guidelines and rules for using the services provided by Clarity Hosted Solutions ("Clarity Hosted Solutions", "we", "us" or "our"), including the claritydc.com website and any associated products or services (collectively, "Services").

- Interference: Interfering with service to any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system, and broadcast attacks.
- Malware: Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
- Circumvention: Bypassing or attempting to bypass any security or authentication measures.
3. E-mail and Messaging Policy
The use of our Services for the transmission of unsolicited mass e-mail ("Spam") is strictly prohibited. You may not use our Services to:
- Send unsolicited advertisements, solicitations, or informational announcements.
- Forge or misrepresent message headers, whether in whole or in part, to mask the originator of the message.

4. Content Standards

- Suspending or terminating Services.
- Removing or disabling access to any content that violates this Policy.
6. Reporting Violations
