As Clarity’s Head of Technical Services and Cybersecurity, Raff leads the technical services and cybersecurity teams. Protecting Clarity’s clients’ data and privacy, focusing on infrastructure design and implementation, developing tech partnerships and delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction is his priority.
With over 25 years of experience, the scope of Raff’s expertise ranges from managing network and systems deployment, change and capacity management, software development, network and server architecture, infrastructure design and implementation and cybersecurity, to name but a few. He has worked across industries including the financial services, health care and managed hosting industries. Raff gained much of his experiences working with Cisco and Microsoft certified partners. He worked in-house with Microsoft, as a team lead for premier support services for multinational clients that included Walmart, Toyota and Shell.
Raff’s expertise covers specialities that include breach responses, project and risk management specific to computer forensics and eDiscovery to produce high quality evidence for legal cases covering areas such as fraud, theft of intellectual property, computer misuse and contract disputes. He provides full eDiscovery services to law firms and in-house corporate counsels in preparation for audits, investigations and litigation.
As a seasoned and certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Raff consistently meets project expectations and aligns technology with client’s core business needs. He is an experienced manager, who understands business development and management. Raff’s known for delivering trusted high-quality solutions and on-time delivery in challenging situations.

As Clarity’s Head of Operations and Service Delivery, Brule is the driving force behind our day-to-day operations, ensuring that our service teams, vendors, partners, and clients remain seamlessly coordinated. His mission is to create an environment where collaboration thrives—providing smooth, consistent, and efficient service delivery experiences that align with Clarity’s high standards of excellence.
With over 23 years of experience in technology and information systems, Brule brings deep expertise in systems deployment, change management, and IT infrastructure—spanning everything from data center management to back-office operations. Having worked across various industries such as banking, insurance, health care, and managed hosting, he understands how to adapt best practices to meet unique organizational demands. Brule’s proven track record for delivering complex, mission-critical projects on time and within budget makes him an invaluable leader in optimizing Clarity’s operational effectiveness.

As Clarity’s Head of Sales and Strategic Partnerships, Dennis oversees sales and strategic partner relationships. Drawing on over 21 years of experience in the tech industry, he actively builds and maintains deep, embedded partnerships with vendors and channel partners—ensuring that Clarity’s clients have direct access to the latest technology, preferred pricing, and comprehensive support.
Beyond securing robust alliances, Dennis is dedicated to anticipating market shifts. He actively collaborates with cloud providers and other strategic partners to expand Clarity’s solution portfolio and keep clients ahead of industry trends. Drawing on his diverse background in software development, infrastructure design, network topology, server architecture, and compliance/security, Dennis translates technical requirements into business outcomes. This unique ability enables him to craft solutions that truly resonate with clients’ objectives, whether they’re seeking innovative cost savings, operational efficiency, or secure deployments at scale.
