As Clarity’s Head of Technical Services and Cybersecurity, Raff leads the technical services and cybersecurity teams. Protecting Clarity’s clients’ data and privacy, focusing on infrastructure design and implementation, developing tech partnerships and delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction is his priority.
With over 25 years of experience, the scope of Raff’s expertise ranges from managing network and systems deployment, change and capacity management, software development, network and server architecture, infrastructure design and implementation and cybersecurity, to name but a few. He has worked across industries including the financial services, health care and managed hosting industries. Raff gained much of his experiences working with Cisco and Microsoft certified partners. He worked in-house with Microsoft, as a team lead for premier support services for multinational clients that included Walmart, Toyota and Shell.
Raff’s expertise covers specialities that include: breach responses, project and risk management specific to computer forensics and eDiscovery to produce high quality evidence for legal cases covering areas such as fraud, theft of intellectual property, computer misuse and contract disputes. He provides full eDiscovery services to law firms and in-house corporate counsels in preparation for audits, investigations and litigation.
As a seasoned and certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Raff consistently meets project expectations and aligns technology with client’s core business needs. He is an experienced manager, who understands business development and management. Raff’s known for delivering trusted high quality solutions and on-time delivery in challenging situations.
Raff’s focus on teamwork and inspiring Clarity’s teams to find creative approaches to problems, ensures Clarity’s clients are protected and receive truly customized tech solutions.
As Clarity’s Head of Operations and Service Delivery, Brule leads the daily end-to-end operations and collaborations between Clarity’s service teams. Ensuring everything is running smoothly between Clarity’s vendors, partners and our clients is his mission.
With over 23 years of experience in technology and information systems, Brule knows how to keep things running effectively, efficiently and on budget. The breadth of Brule’s expertise ranges from systems deployment, change management as well as having worked both sides of IT infrastructure from the data center to the back office. He’s worked across various industries including banking, insurance, health care to managed hosting.
Brule’s concentration on team development results in fulfilling Clarity’s commitment to delivering effective and cost-effective innovative solutions on time.
As Clarity’s Head of Marketing and Sales, Dennis oversees Clarity’s marketing and sales teams and customer service. Identifying and addressing clients needs as well as connecting them to customized tech products and solutions is his focus.
With over 21 years in the tech industry, Dennis understands both the technology side and the business side. He began his tech career as a software developer and transitioned to various roles covering infrastructure design, network topology, server architecture, systems management and support as well as compliance and security, to name but a few. Dennis has worked within the insurance, telecommunications, software development and managed hosting sectors.
Dennis’s aim is not only on fostering customer partnerships and relations, but assuring all Clarity clients receive superb customer service.
