Help Desk services cover support for users and their devices (laptops, desktops, workstations, smartphones, tablets, and much more). We offer both “Per-Device” services and “Per-Incident Time” services with the ability to mix-and-match.
Help Desk Per-Incident Time services, a block of time in hours to be used on an as-needed / ad-hoc basis as assigned by you. Dispatch services (including call handling) and Ticket Creation are not included with Per-Time services and must be purchased separately or are billed from the block of time as the services are used.
Help Desk Per-Device services, flat fee for unlimited service (for the service level that you choose) for the specified device. Dispatch and Ticket Creation is included for any and all onboarded devices.
